    Michael Wittmann

Wanted to share my Wittmann Feldpost Envelope and Clipped Signature that came with. It took me a long time to reunite this pair once they were split up.

It is always nice to be able to reunite a man's estate.

Heese appears to be an extremely rare name, only one found in Volksbund database who happens to be a Willi Heese from Kasimirsburg (today in Poland). He had been killed in May 1942.

That is an extremely interesting piece. You do not need myself to highlight just how rare and desirable the signature of Wittmann is, arguably the most sought after of all Waffen-SS Ritterkreuztrager.

Do you have any background information on this piece? If so, I for one, would be very interested.

        Regards Richard.
Always looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.
