        I believe it's the 13th Luftwaffe-Feld Division

Yes you´re right. It must be the signature from Hans Korte RK 30.09.44 and DKiG 01.01.45

Text: "Dem tüchtigen IIb der 13.LW Felddivision Oberleutnant Grimm zur Erinnerung an gemeinsame Arbeit am Wolchow 1943..."

FWIW, I have 7 Luftwaffe officers by the name of Grimm, but this is the only one who was an Oblt. in 1943 and was in the Lw.-Felddivisionen:

            GRIMM, Heinrich. 04.43 Oblt., in I./Feld-Rgt. d.Lw. 4. c.01.11.43 promoted to Hptm.

Not much information, but it could have been him. The Divisional IIb was, I believe, the Adjutant in charge of enlisted records, a not very inspiring staff position. The Adjutant in charge of officer's records was the IIa.

Feld-Rgt. d.Lw. 4 (2. Lw.-Feld-Div.) and 13. Lw.-Feld-Div. all fought on the Volkhov front southeast of Leningrad during 1943. I think Heinrich GRIMM may have belonged to both at one time or another.

Yes, interesting photo : the use of Lw Tarnkacke is not common on portrait.
And here, you have a rear inscription. Nice !
