I have a feeling that this "variation Feldgendarmerie cufftitle" actually is an armband trimmed down to cuff title size and stitched on the cuff as a makeshift title! Very cool!

These are two very, very cool photos. I wish the first one was a series with some clearer shots of the CT and the rank but at least its in focus.

The Feldgendarmerie photo is super on a number of levels. You have a police style tunic with no evidence of a police eagle but with army eagles. This would be a puzzler if it showed up at a militaria show. I can just imagine the debate about replaced insignia.... Then there is the variations of the cufftitles and lastly the unit logo on the motorcycle. Truely a picture worth a thousand words.
