Hi Cemifor

The badge on the uniform are a black rhomboid outlined in silvegrey, it reads from the top
Tech.
Vorschule d. Luftwaffe
Bremen-Oslebshausen
then a swastika with V formed oakleves beneath

There where several Technische Vorschulen der Luftwaffe,-the name I chose are but one of others.
those pictured are not necessarily to be HJ but may be young pilot pupils
