Could anybody identify this uniform? Something political IMO, but not sure what branch exactly.

I posted some photos on one of the threads....many of the Police in 1935 to 1939 time frame wore a mixture of items on their uniforms...not all wore the police cap eagle many initially wore the standard wehrmacht style eagle on their caps...Until the Polizei became uniformly standardized. The collar tabs are definitely polizei. Bill
