I have seen the name of the tank making up an company or battalion on OOB documents and Kstn documents but not on award documents. yet again this is not to say that this doc is a fake. from what i can see its looks good to me

The document in post 19 from Akira shows the same citation, also it is mentioned in Steve's soldbuch showed in this thread (post 26 + 27). So it exist.
