Request for Identification of a signature

can you please help to identify the signature. Probaly it should be a KC-Holder?

But like we all knew, there is fast a Award-Winner to a KC-Holder "promoted"

If the name would be identified, could some one look, if he has the literature, if it could be a winner of the German Cross in Gold?

A suggestion, do not use such a color of font to highlight a link. Very hard on the eyes with this background. I like to be able to read what I'm clicking on and where you're taking me.

sure, in red it looks better.

But before i didnt knew, that i could change the colors of an hyperlink.
