If it was in Lille 1940, the Gen on the extreme left was Fritz Kuehne, Kmdr of 253 Div. It may have been part of XXVII Corp or XXIX Corp but the other two did not look like Obstfelder or Waeger (well, just) or any of the superiro officers in AOK9.
