Help Identifying an award in a foto

Dear Gents,

I recently acquired a small foto group representing Romanian soldiers engaged in the Crimea thetre of operations. Among those pics there is one with a German soldier, posing with his Romanian friends.

However, what puzzles me is that I cannot identify one of the awards the German guy is wearing. Please help me in identifying the awards he is wearing, besides the EK 2, EK1, IAB and BWB.

From what I can tell, he's got the spange to the EK 2 in the buttonhole.
