Soldier says Wilhelm and Fritzchen to this car.

Just a guess at this stage but it looks like a French Latil with a modified cab.

Almost missed this thread.
I would judge it is a variant of the Latil M2TL6.
It was produced for several years and probably very few were fitted with exactly the same coachwork.
Here is a photo of a factory delivered vehicle with closed cab.
