Opinions on U-Boat Document Group

A recent e-stand purchase is this small KM grouping. When looking it over I noticed that the stamp on the Doenitz award document is not one I have encoutered on this type of document. Actually it looks similiar to the one on the EKII and I was wanting opinions. Thanks for your help.

Looks okay to me, the stamp is a little light, but appears to be good (my opinion).
