    Who signed this??

    Hi folks,
It's a long shot but you never know. Would someone have any idea who signed this PAB in silver doc?? It was awarded to:

Erhard Woll, Stab. SS-panzer-rgt 3. "Totenkopf".
    Signed by an SS-Unterstrumfufrer.

Sorry about the photo quality. It the only one I've got.
    Thanks.

    Regards,
    AB.

    Hallo AB

I hate to break this to you but I think your document is a fake. The rank of an untersturmfürer would not sign a PAB document. I have seen a lot of this kind - the reasion why the fakers use such a low rank might be that it will be nealy impossible to compare the signature - I am sorry.

Sorry but i don't like that doc one little bit. An assault badge should be signed by something like a battalion commander upwards, The whole point of a signature is to show the awarding authority. ie. a document is not signed by a person but by a job. What you have here is some anonymous junior officer, if he was grandios enough to have his own rank stamp then he should have been correct enough to include what his job was or on whos behalf he was signing for.

Hopefully because you didn't buy the document...?

How do the fakers do the runes?.....do they use original olympia typewriters?
