Last Name Inside a Sweatband - Need Script Readers Please

Thanks in advance. I know it's strange to ask this in the Photos and Paper Items forum, but seems better than posting in the Headgear forum.

It looks like F, L, ?, I, L, B, E, L

I can't photo it, because it's under the stitching at the seam, but it looks like a there may be an "L" after the "E" in the last name, but it also could be he ran out of space. I can make out Klaus.

It's very hard to see on this photo, but I think what you read as an "I" could be a "u" with the typical "-" above it. It definately looks more like a "-" than a single dot.
