Need Photos of Army Doctors Holding Generals Rank

Greetings All,
I'm in need of photographs of three Heer doctors who held Generals rank for a book I am working on. I don't need the actual photograph, rather a good quality scan posted here will suffice plus the owner's permission to use the scan in my book. I will give the owner full credit in either a footnote or the photo's caption.

The three generals I need are:
Generalarzt Dr.med. Rudolf Gunderloch
Generalstabsarzt Prof.Dr.med. Richard Hamann
Generalstabsarzt Dr.med. Walther Asal
