Could this be real??

I found this in the pocket of an army tunic and don`t know much about paperwork and thought I would put it on here to see if anyone thought it could be period,many thanks for any help.

For one, it's Unteroffizier not unterofficer. Does that give you a clue?

There's other red flags, such as the signature, which looks "wrong", as well as somebody's attempt to age the document by crumpling it and tearing off a corner or two.

EDIT: There's so many misspellings it's pretty laughable, to be honest.
