Hitler Youth Document

I got this document circa 1939, which is from the Hitler Youth Office in Berlin. I was wondering if someone could let me know what it says? My German translation skills are rather poor. There is also a handwritten note on the back which is also difficult to read. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The typed text means that they ask for a key for room no. 304


The back side is a hand written very private letter from one lady to another dealing to solve a problem the father of one had with the husband of the other lady - but the problem is not named.

If I would have more time I could translate it for you.

Sehr geehrte Frau Colld !

Ich finde hier einen Brief Ihres Herrn Vaters
vom 14. Juni 1941, in dem er mir schreibt,
dass er auf den letzten Brief meines
Mannes in Kürze zurück kommen
wird.- Es war buchstäblich der letzte
Brief meines Mannes.- Ich möchte nun
doch die Angelegenheit in Ordnung
gebracht haben. Vielleicht machen wir
das unter uns Frauen ab. Ihr Herr
Vater wird gewiss wie alle Herren
jetzt mit Arbeit überlastet sein.
In der Hoffnung, dass es Ihnen
und Ihrem Söhnchen gut geht
grüsse ich bestens
