Dr. Franz Bäke
Dear "Playboybar" (or better: Ralf Forst?!)
I am sure, that behind this name "Playboybar" you can find Mr. Ralf Forst.
Dr. Bäke is genuine signed, as I have no doubt in that signature. I am dealing for over 22 years as a professional and tax reported dealer with german autographs and had a bunch of documents signed by him (Dr. Bäke)
Ralf Forst (frankandfrank) is telling all the time everything might be a fake. Even postwar signed photos claimed directly by the recipients are also faked.
Dear Ralf: It would be nice if you think about what you are talking about before you write something in the web. You are in the business - as a collector and part time dealer (but not as a tax registrated dealer). Your experience is not as high as you posted here all the time. You doubt every signature you can see. But there is no interest for somebody to fake everything. This signature is absolutely doubtless genuine and I am very happy to purchase this item, if the owner will offer the photo to me. So please dear owner - make me a fair offer for that historical item and I will buy it - no problem.
You even doubt postwarsigned photos, which were personally claimed by the recipient!
Regarding fakes: Of course - there are some fakes on the marked but not as much as "FrankandFrank" doubt all the time. You must understand that all the recipients signed documents/photos etc. in different moods. This is the reason, why you can find different versions of a signature. This signature here shown is a typical style of his (Dr. Bäke signature). I had a few different award documents - signed with exactly the same signature.
Collecting signatures makes always fun - except if some people with no professional knowledge have to doubt everything because they might be jealousy.
Kindest regards, Stefan Körlin (I am not using some nicknames for writing here)

I do not have an example, either war-time or post-war of Bake to compare from my own collection however, for what it is worth, this signed Bake photograph was sold on ebay.de a short time ago.
Regards Richard.Attached FilesAlways looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.
