            That 'Panzer'

The tank is very unusual. It is not a standard model so that should help with the date at least-if we find out the type!

              Hi
              Is the tank a 38t or a mk2 D or E.

It seems as if this tank has return rollers, which excludes a Pz II d or e. The wheels are not the standard 38t type and the rear idler is larger than the wheels and nearly in line with them. It is not a 38t.

                  Got it!

After a lot of searching it turns out this tank is the Hungarian 'Toldi'. This tank was a development of the Swedish Strv. m/33. If you have Chamberlin and Ellis's 'Tanks Of The World 1915-45' on page 119 there is a grainy photo of this model tank with the same German cross on the glacis. A number of the Swedish tanks of the era had this suspension.
