Thanks for your help, i still have some problems to decide if the first letter is an A or Dr . Allihn or Dr. Merck, may be someone will find an autograph from one of them to compare it.
To make the group complete, here the last documents:
a registered letter from the Sippenamt, containing documents that qualifiy this man to teach german mothers "Rasse- and Sippenlehre"

..and at least his Erkennungsmarke - dog tag - showing the unit on one side 7. SS " DF " (Der Fuehrer) and current number 98, on the other side SS-VERFÜGUNGSTRUPPE.

          Thanks for help and looking,

It is Dr. Merk. The first letter is D. There is no A in the signature.
Merk (correct spelling) is listed in the SS DAL 30 Jan 1942 as SS-Oberf******252;hrer, Kdr. Art. Regt. SS-Div. Reich. The effective date of his promotion from SS-Standartenf******252;her to SS-Oberf******252;hrer was 20 April 1941. He was promoted to SS-Brigadef******252;hrer on 1 Aug 1943.
Merk commanded the SS-Artillerie-Ersatz-Regiment from April 1941 until mid-August 1941.
I have an example signature of Merk, but I'm afraid it is not easily accessible.
              Max.
