unknown KM DKIG holder

hello my friends,

I would like to share with you this photo of an (to me unknown)Kriegsmarine DKIG holder. The date on the back suggest that this photo was end from captivity and his name seems to be something like Bohm?

maybe somebody can help me identify him??

It's Kapit******228;nleutnant Rolf B******246;cker. born 2.7.1918 in L******252;nen, Westfalen.
Class of Oct. 1937, Promoted Oberleutnant 1.4.1942 and kaleu 1.1.1945.

Awarded the DKiG on the 10.7.1944 as captain of the M452 of the 24 MS-flottille based at the Channel Islands.
