I'm not 100 % sure, but I think the SS general in the first photograph looks like Julius Schaub.
He's wearing what appear to be a "Stoßtrupp Adolf Hitler 1923" cufftitle and a golden party badge; that would match Schaub, too.

I think that is him. It should be easy to identify the big guy. He must be 2 meters tall or more. Looks like he is wearing panzer pants in the first photo.
