I'm going to sit on the fence on this one for the moment. The stamp looks like it could be luftgaukommando XI, but it's signed by a regimental commander, that's not the way it should be.
The font used on the thing just doesn't seem right for a pre-45 doc but i could easily be wrong.

anyone want to make a stab at the sig?

        IMO this is a fake!
No attempt from me to find out who is suposed to have signed it.

        What is wrong:
        - The general lay-out of the document.
        - No unit citation for that lt.
        - The stamp is from a luftgaukommando and the signature comes from a regimental commander.

        Enough redflags for me.

        Cheers,
        Peter

          urkunde Flakkampfabzeichen?

Very modern "sans serif" font as well! Odd.

Yes, very modern, actually it is printed in avant garde gothic - 1977 invention. Because the font is based on fonts used before the war, a similar configuration is possible (I would love to see an original with a similar font, if there's one), but from the scan it looked exactly avant garde gothic.

              Luc,

As noticed by others - the combination of the stamp and signed by a Rgt.CO. doesn't look good.
Further on the signature is done in at last three parts - not written from beginning till the end in one way - and must look german but it isn't.

Is this from the same source as the "early paratrooper Soldbuch" ?

              yours friendly
