This document was inside a Wehrpass for the soldat form the 999 Ersatz Battalion i posted about in the OOB Forum. Dated the day before Operation Barbarossa started.

Anyone shed any light on it? Im assuming its some sort of Police summons?

It's a draft notice, telling him when & where to report, quoting the applicable laws.

No telling. I didn't see any pix of the WP, so hard to say.

Hello,

Difficult to give my opinion if I can't see the wp.
But don't forget that penal units had "staff" members also these units where not completly made uo with convicts.
