Help needed to identify unknown KM officer

It would be greatly appreciated if somebody on the forum can help me identify this (to me) ubknown KM officer.
Judging from the writing on the photo his last name starts with a D.
And from june 1942 till june 1943 he was attached to the 23rd Ujagd Flottila in Pireus Greece.

To me, the signature on the photo looks like it says "v. Selchow", so I think you have the right man.

Well it is a lot easier looking at somebody elses handwriting when you have a name to go by. I wonder if there is more know about his career and eventual fate?

Born 21.10.1891 in Breslau. commanded the 11 U-jagd flottille from the outbreak of war until Nov.41 when he took over the 21. From Jan '43 until the war's end commander of the Ubootsabwehrschule. Promoted Kapitän zur See 1.12.1944, released from captivity after the war in August 1947.
