Hi can anyone ID whose these signatures might be of, the Telegram has the date 1935 and has a Donitz signature.
plus what does it say at the top?

I see that it's "aus Munchen".

And it looks like:
Zu Lisk und Dreise (the names I can't quite make out)
Herz...ige Segenswunsche
