Nothing to do with the SS unless it says it was published by the SS. One of the inner pages (index) would say who actually publishes this magazine. The name of the Magazine is on the front page above Hitler.

What date has it got, the scan is a bit fuzzy? I can make out Novemebr 33?

was published from the Deutsche Volksverlag in Leipzig.

From Jan 1931 - Sep 1939 it was published. With the beginning WWII it was stopped.
