PLease Help With These Two Items

Hello. I have these two books, binders? I am not sure what they are. I would like to know they are. Also a good value on them.


First: A paper album with leather like thread around outside. Leather is broken in some places. Water stains are present but only on the album not the pictures. Total of 11 pics.
