I try a translation of the text on picture 11:

In summer 1940 I was drafted to a one week selection camp of the Reichssicherheitshauptamt (RSHA) to the Borderpolice School Pretzsch/Elbe.

This decided my later career in the Sicherheitspolizei and the SD.

Hard days and dreamless nights followed.

At the end 23 from 60 candidates have been accepted.
I was one of these.
After that a truck brought us to Berlin to meet personally Gruppenführer Heydrich.
Again they selected 20 %.
5 days of strain. But all did well and the 15 Oct 1940 I was drafted.
