Great shot of an eraly Mk IV (looks like an A) quite rare to see it in an actual unit level any date on these photos?

I love the eye patch shot a common injury for gunners when the IV first came out as there were a few bugs to get out of the system yet.

My Grandpa was Panzerschütze in Panzerregiment 5 Wehrkreis III Wünsdorf/Brandenburg
from 1938-1940. Afterwards OT Trüppführer in Minsk and France/Bretagne.
