Tripartite Photo- FLag experts help please

Hello All,
I thought I share this interesting photo , appears to be the execution of the Tripartite Agreement betweem Germany, Japan and Italy but why are there more than 3 flags ?

Is the Flag in the middle Italy? and are those additonal flags on the right or is it just part of the decoration?

I need some flag experts help

Flag between the Nazi swastika and Japan sun flags, is the
flag of the Japanese puppet state of Manchuko, a part of China
carved out by Japan in the 1930's. Why it is included is that
Japan liked to pretend that Manchuko was a sovereign nation
separate from China proper. On a somewhat different note, I
see you are in Singapore - just received today a nice poster
showing the current Singapore military flags, which I find
very interesting too, as I like flags of all nations and periods.
