Doenitz signature OK?

Greetings all.

Could I have your thoughts on this piece please? To the best of my abilites under careful examination the signature was penned (but by whom? ) looking at the overlapping in the lines and the tone changes. Ignore the new framing card surrounding it.

This is not my area of collecting at all so any help is appreciated.

Close up of signature. It differs slightly to other Doenitz signatures I have seen, the incomplete T and Z...

In my opinion, it's a forgery.

I marked a couple of places where it's (to me) the signer stopped between letters, or the signature wasn't "flowing". When you have loops in your signature, there shouldn't be straight areas. Shows too much concentration, I believe.

Good eye...didn't even see those until you said something. Especially telling is the misspelling of Weihnacht.

please check this D******246;nitz original signature, looks a little bit faded because of my scan light but it doesn't look like that when you look at the original signature. he signed the document when he was already old but the trace of his signature is steady.
