Who is the Artist?

I am getting into Gran Prix Racing of the late 30's, and downloaded these to my hard drive--does anyone know who painted these, and are prints available? Thanks.

I believe both are pre-war done. The second pic shows Rosenmeyer attempting a landspeed record on the new Reichsautobahn.

Style looks more like the sixties- seventies

Looks a lot like the style used in commercial illustration in the late sixties, early seventies, not like the styles seen in the 1930's or fourties.
The pics could come from a mainstream publication about the history of Grand Prix racing.
Just my opinion.

I would have to agree as you cannot make a swastika out on any of the NAZI flags in the pic.
