I have just been posted back to the UK from Bielefeld and I am convinced this building is in Langemarck Kaserne (currently called Rochdale Barracks) in Bielefeld.
I spent 2 years in this camp, I do have current pictures of this camp if you would like to host them.
I think I am drifting off subject here and moving into Living History, my appolgies.
Cheers,
Mark.Last edited by MeinhardcFJR2; 03-13-2008, 04:36 AM.

I checked the pic and there is nothing written on the back of the photo. If you have a current pic of this building, I would definitely be interested in seeing it. Send me a PM.

pic 33 shows really odd messtin/zeltbahn configuration......never seen that. was there room within regulations for that kind of eccentricity? and were there regulations regarding the positioning of this kit when on the move? thanks very much for sharing these shots. looks like the men are carrying tank obstacle components...or are these in the background?
