no,i think thats Prof. Dr. Carl Krümmel
but not sure......

If it is the signatutre of Prof. Dr. Carl Krümmel the document should be related with some sort of sport or education.

Dr. Krümmel was a leading civil servant first in the Minitry of Education (department sports) and later a Ministerialdirektor also in the rank of a SA-Oberführer in the Reichs Ministry of the Interior.

He was owner of the Knights Cross of the War Merit Cross with swords.
He also published on the theme sports and education.
