    Police-General ???

    Hi everybody,

    does anybody recognize this person - seems to be rank of a General of a police unit.
    Also looks like that he´s been awarded the war merit cross 1st class with swords and a silver wound badge. Plus there might be a gold party badge.
    Is this an SS-arm-eagle which is visible ???
