camo parka photo ID

Hello, just after an ID on the type of camo parkas being worn here.
Are they Luft feld div or just army guys ?

The man on the left wears a (quite bright) 'Splittertarn' (splinter pattern) parka, the one on the right a 'sumpftarn' (marsh pattern) variation. Both were issued to the whole Wehrmacht. I believe these to men to be from the Heer, given the circle-shaped 'drawing' on the belt buckle.
