Help with Stamp

As part of the feldpost batch in the earlier post i also have an envelope with a faded stamp. i can make out some words but not all and as a nongerman speaker i dont even understand the words i can make out. ive attached two scans in the hope that the more learned can help. the original receipient of the letter tore open the envelope where the Feldpostnummer was written

sorry, but the stamp in the fist post I cannot identif. It's too poor.
But the sender comes from the

Res(erve) Laz(arett) II, Trier, Bürgerhospital B II

Ogefr. R. Mantz 20624 B

In the middle of the stamp on the blue envelope it's written

Brief-
stempel

= letter - stamp

Sorry, but I cannot identify the rest of the stamp but it could be the offical stamp of the military hospital in Trier because the sender was a soldier in that hospital and the letter was sent as Feldpost.
