Could anyone translate this? (I know what handbuch means )

It's a handbook for photo developpers published by Agfa, the major photo branch. I'm not sure if this is period WW2 though, could be later as that particular logo was used on post-war photos.

Could just as easily be pre war as well.

You might be able to date it by which products are present in the booklet.

I think SO-36 could be the year it current for??
