    Oberstleutnant (LW) Werner Baumbach

    Hi everybody,

    I´m looking for biographical information about the bomber ace and Swords holder Werner Baumbach. I only know the basic things (born and death´s dates, some medals). However I´d like to know a little bit more about his career (mains missions, assignments, or any further stories about him.

    Any picture is also welcome.

      Werner Baumbach authored a book entitled in its English translation, The Life and Death of the Luftwaffe. This is easily found.
