German poster "Merke Dir Gefahr droht hier!"

Hi everyone,
A Canadian veteran gave me this poster that he got from an abandoned German barracks in Oldenburg, Germany, in 1945. Is it a rare one or not? Thanks.

Whats It Say?

Not to good on the german,but what dose it say, something like,always check the chamber is clear,and being his collar tabs are red a flak soldier aswell,so was it a flak barracks then too if you know?.

Checking the chamber is one problem - but this poster shows a P08, that is important for the understanding of the poster.

The barrel/receiver-unit is one main part You had to disassemble during the maintenance procedure. You can see the red firing pin! The P08 shown here is FULL FUNCTIONAL! Just a small touch of a very small part on the downside of the reciever and it makes a loud noise...

"Remember - Snake in the Grass!" will translate it propperly I think.

It's quite correct; and the first two words "Merke Dir:" simply mean "Remember:"

Ramon, sorry that I was an idot thinking my dumb explanation can help to understand what the poster means.
I got only the original Maßtafeln zur Pistole 08 1:1 in German, for sure, and don't know all translations of the parts en detail.

This is a very, very rare poster. I recall that poster only from a picture in a book, and have never seen an original.
