Can anyone ID this General for me. I have three photos of him visiting troops of 215 Inf. Division.

I thought it may have been Bruno Frankewitz but I don't it is.

Hi Larry it is Baptist Kniess
as GL and Cmdr of the 215th Inf Div
from 26/8/39-11/11/42.
