Hanns-Albin Rauter book plate signature

I have recently acquired a NSDAP Main Culture Dept publication "German War Christmas (1944)", Deutsche Kriegsweihnacht. Has a bookplate in front with gifting details from Hanns Rauter,SS-Obergruppenfuhrer und General Waffen SS und Polizei. He was executed in 1949, he had been Nordwest/Fuhrer, SS-Oberabschnitt HQ at Den Haag.
Has anyone else seen a similar item? would this be a printed signature?? or hand signed?? and what would the value of such a book be??It originally cost about $50AUD from a second hand book shop.
