Deutsche Dienststelle translation help.

Hiya lads,
I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this letter.
I made an enquiry as to the KM service history of a Fritz Tauchnitz of which i have a photo of him and some other items(ID Disc, inc). I have typed the letter out onto babel fish and the translation was not very good, it seems to say this information is not possible?

- The WASt is not an authority for militaria collectors. If You want an expertise of someones equipment, ask himself.
- If You want to know someones service records, You need his or his families allowance.

I only partly agree, I normally always got the info, but the persons was deceased.
