Documents Needed

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this If not the right place I do apologize. I'm into re-enacting and I need some blank copies of the following documents for my soldbuch any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. They can be e-mailed directly to me at pzrwest@yahoo.com
Documents needed are:
leave passes, driver's licence, delousing tickets, etc

Have you tried downloading these from the net, then altering them with a photoshop type program? These more "common" kinds of docs come up on German eBay frequently.
