After eyeballing nearly 400 of these since my project started you'd think I'd be able to read these things easier

Again I need to enlist the experts, any idea, first on the division number in the stamp and then the signature?
The unit is: 3./sturmgesch.brig.232,
the date is : 23/03/1944
