photo caption translation help!

Hello,

i have a RAD photo grouping and one photo has writting on the back that i cant make out,if one of out german reading members can give me an english translation i would appreciate it!

Hello Yancy.
While I am unable to read every word here is the gist of the inscription as I understand it:
"Order of IV/ transfer ...?
Orders with advance payment of 5,00 Reichsmark will be accepted until 1.Jan.1943"
I hope this sheds some light on the matter.
