Thanks Gents! I was pretty sure, since the unit matched, but the date sorta didn't. But being a zweitausfertigung, I believe it got the original date, but the new commanders sig.
It belongs to a small group with ostmedal, Flakkampfabz, and Erdkampfabz, all to mr. Fingerhuth.

Hello Hank,
I find no discrepancy at all with the date of award. Deßloch was Commanding General of the II. Flakkorps from 03 October 1939 until 31 March 1942. He held the rank of Generalleutnant from 19 July 1940 until 31 December 1941. This is a very nice document.
