Atlas pricing?

Hello I am wanting to buy either a Third Reich map book or a good atlas for display with some items under glass. My question is this: What is the normal price range for quality maps ans atlases? Can they be had for under $25? Or are they more rare? Also they should be Reich issued, not civilain.
