It says "Hauptmann Mach (with sun goggles).
Hans Heinrich Mach was awarded the RK 15.11.1941 as an Oberleutnant und Kompanie Chef 7/Grenadier Regiment 220. He was killed in the combat around Newel on 10.11.1943 as a Hauptmann and Bataillon Kommandeur.
