EK I document SSLAH

I need some help with this EK I Urkunde,its given to a LAH member,there is something I dont understand about it,its dated 1943,but the stamp in left corner says SS verfugungstruppe,I dont think they used this title in 43,and the title "SS Der Kommandeur der SS=Division LAH" appears to be stamped as well,I'm not sure what to think about this document,as I simply dont know enough about these,the document is in a very old frame and it looks like it has been there for a very long time.
I had not yet wanted to take the frame apart,because I believe the document might be glued to the cardboard in the frame,this is probaly a fake,but I would say,that someone did a h*** of a job to do this,just to sell it for small money.

another is,if this document was issued by the SS,I think it might should have been written with SS Runes in "SS-Pz.Div.LAH"

IMO it's a fake.
The SS Pz Gren. Div LAH was first renmamed into SS Pz Div LAH in October 1943 !

IMO the stamp is a give away stamp
